1. Seller

2. Credits

DeepComics runs on credits. Every action carried out by the artificial intelligence uses some: writing the script, character portraits, drawing each panel (draft or album quality), fixing a panel. The cost of each action is shown before you start it, and the estimated cost of an album before it is created.

Credits are sold in packs; the price and number of credits of each pack are shown in the shop. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place the order.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made online by bank card through our secure provider Stripe. We never have access to your card details. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and your purchase history remains available in the shop.

4. Using credits

• Credits are charged as you go, image by image, when each image is generated.
• If a generation fails because of an error in our service, the corresponding credits are returned to you automatically.
• If you cancel a creation in progress, the credits already used for the generated images cannot be recovered; those images remain available in “My creations”.
• Credits are tied to your account: they are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for money.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after the purchase to withdraw (article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by writing to saas@asphere.fr. The credits purchased are then refunded within 14 days, using the same means of payment.

In accordance with article L. 221-28, 13° of the same code, this right no longer applies to credits you have already used: by starting a generation, you request the immediate performance of the service and waive your right of withdrawal for those credits.

6. How long creations are kept

Creations started on our servers are kept for 7 days after they finish, then deleted: remember to download your album (PDF) before then. This period is shown in “My creations”.

7. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint: saas@asphere.fr or the contact form. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge; failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
