Terms of use

DeepComics, published by ASPHERE, lets you create comics with artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Account

Creating a comic requires an account (e-mail and password, or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity on your account. The service is reserved for adults, or for minors authorised by their parents.

2. Photos of real people

You can upload photos so that the people close to you become characters. You must only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you their consent (the parents' consent for a child). These photos are used only to draw the characters of your album.

3. Prohibited content

You may not use DeepComics to create or share content that:

  • is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexual involving minors, or undermines human dignity;
  • ridicules, defames or harasses a real person, or depicts them without their consent;
  • reproduces protected characters, trademarks or works belonging to third parties;
  • is intended to deceive (forged documents, identity theft).

We may suspend an account that does not follow these rules. To report content: contact form.

4. Your comics

The texts and ideas you provide remain yours. Provided you comply with these terms and with third-party rights, you may freely use the comics you create, including to print them or give them as a gift. You authorise us to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service; we do not publish it without your consent.

5. Artificial intelligence

Images and texts are generated automatically: they may contain imperfections (partial likeness, anatomical details, speech bubble text). You can fix or regenerate a panel, at the cost displayed.

6. Availability and retention

We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. Creations made on our servers are kept for 7 days after they finish; download your albums to keep them.

7. Purchases

The purchase and use of credits are governed by the terms of sale.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the online version applies. They are governed by French law. Contact: saas@asphere.fr.
